If you can identify yourself with the tasks and qualifications of this exemplary position, we would like to get in touch and present you all suitable positions. • Reports to the CEO, is member of the Executive Board and has full responsibility to achieve the sales budget • Motivate the sales team • Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team • Attending industry events and conferences to generate new business leads • Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances • Continual training and development of all members of the sales department • Optimize the sales structure by changing/adding new sales people and distributors • Strengthen direct sales • Optimize sales processes • Work closely with marketing and product management to provide optimized information on the solutions to support the sales process • Preparation of quarterly sales reviews and forecasts • A relevant B.S. degree • Strong communication skills in English • Previous experience to successfully manage sales teams • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth • Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams • Team player
